Lipoid Stiftung Company of Germany and KMF Branch in Viet Nam signed a charitable agreement on 5 June, 2013.

On 5 June 2013. Lipoid Stiftung Company, based in Neustadt, Germany and KMF branch in Viet Nam signed a charitable agreement, by which Lipoid will provide to KMF USD 31,387 to finance two projects submitted by KMF: 1) to renovate and build additional facilities for the student house at Dak Ha, Kontum, Viet Nam for the benefit of some 50 poor ethnic girl-students coming from some 20 remote villages and 2) to build three classrooms and additional restrooms for the Vinh Son 6 Orphanage in Kontum, for the benefit of some 90 ethnic orphans from the area of Kon Ray, Kontum Province.

This agreement follows a visit on site by a Lipoid Representative, Mr Mike Nguyen, from 12 to 14 April 2013, during which he could witness the real hardship of the poor and underpriviledged people of the Kontum Diocese. The report of his visit as well as the details of the two projects are available on the KMF website www.helpkontum.org.

On behalf of the beneficiaries of these two projects, we reiterate our deep gratitude to Lipoid, in the person of its President, Dr Herbert Rebmann, for his generous donation and to Mr Mike Nguyen for having supported KMF’s activities and facilitated this agreement.
